	jasminewrote: hi. will the korean rhinestone 'melt' when you apply a topcoat of nail polish over it? most of the non-swarvoski rhinestone which i've purchased over the years 'melt' upon application of topcoat and become not shiny anymore. instead, it looks like plastic. thanks! Oct. 15
